Environment description: Rocky shore with section of vegetation adjacent to water, further there is denser, thicker vegetation where the plants occur. Herb dominated with gramanoides. Plants scattered throughout. Sandy, sandy gravelly, and cobbley soil.
Comment: Associated vegetation: Prunuspumila depressa, Fallopia and bohemica, Andropogon gerardii, Artemesia trifolia, Sataria faberi, Spartina pectinata, Salix nigra, S. interior. Plants are definitely native. Historic site immediately across river
