Locality: Minnesota River Watershed approximately 2-3 miles north-northeast of Le Sueur, NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 19, T112N, R25W, Tyrone Township, Le Sueur Quad, Le Sueur County.
Coordinates: 44.4983, -93.8867 (Map it)
Elevation: 238m.

Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: Floodplain/mesic woods adjacent to river. Majority found on lower slopes (20%, west facing) & where ravines met bottomland. Few found at higher elevation; dry ridge on slope (30%, south facing).
Number of plants sampled: 12
Associated species: Populus deltoides, Quercus, Rhus typhina, Ribes, Rubus, Sambucus canadensis, Vitis riparia, and Zanthoxylum americanum.
Comment: Population of ~75 plants scattered throughout 100 square yard area. Numerous juvenile seedlings noted at time of collection.
