Environment description: In part shade on a roadside hill on plateau above. Found growing with Coreopsis major. N33.63358 W-85.26611, 6m accuracy per Garmin GPS 60CSx.

Comment: Seeds collected randomly from 30 of approximately 50 plants. Population was uniform and frequent in an area of 10m sq; linear extent 10m.
