Environment description: Area had been mown. Seedheads found scattered under mown grass. South exposure. On a slight slope; N31.33153 W-87.12782, 4m accuracy per Garmin GPS 60CSx.

Comment: Seeds collected randomly from 50 of approximately 500 plants. Population was uniform and abundant in an area of 5m sq;linear extent 5m.
