Locality: Okanogan County, Okanogan National Forest, Forest Service Road 5400 west of Mazama. Approximately halfway between Mazama and Hart's Pass.

Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: Area along side of road burned recently (within past five years). Understory shrubs recovering. Rubus leucodermis scattered but locally common in this area along with patches of R. strigosus in less disturbed areas.
Comment: Ripe fruit collected from a number of plants as they were encountered growing along the side of FR-5400.
