Environment description: Silty clay soil. Associated with mostly grasses and scattered Helianthus annuus as small plants and large clumps.
Number of plants sampled: 300
Comment: Population size very large; >1000 plants scattered over ~2 miles; well past flowering, stems and leaves green, heads and peduncles dark and dried.
