Narrative
Sheyenne has resistance to Race 3 and is heterogeneous for resistance to Race 4 of Phytophthora sojae [M.J. Kauuffmann and J.W. Gerdemann]. Sheyenne has purple flower color, gray pubescence, yellow hila with dull seed coat luster and indeterminate growth habit. Sheyenne is a 0.8 maturity cultivar with moderate resistance to iron-deficiency chlorosis and good yield for its maturity. It has good lodging resistance and is a non-GMO cultivar.
