Locality: Along US Highway 35, west of creek tributary to Little Beaver Creek, between US 35 on the north and Shakertown Road on the south, near Factory Road, Beavercreek, Greene County.

Environment description: Open field in full sun on flat ground. Oxbow Reserve remnant fen wetland, disrupted on the north by construction of US 35. No stoniness with poor drainage. 26 acres of mostly hydric soil.

Associated species: many obligate wetland species.
Comment: Relatively large population of hundreds; scattered, one to several plants in group; frequent abundance with irregular distribution. Sampled 2 hectares.
