not validly published initially, as the authors failed to cite the true place of publication of the basionym Warea tonglensis C. B. Clarke [although the genus Warea C. B. Clarke (non Nutt.) was illegitimate, the species name was not (Shenzhen ICN Art. 55.1)], citing instead that of Biswarea tonglensis (C. B. Clarke) Cogn., which plainly cited W. tonglensis C. B. Clarke as its basionym (Shenzhen ICN Art. 41.5 [see also Art. 41.8(a) & Ex. 25])
