Accession was received from the Ornamental Plant Germplasm Center on Oct. 15, 2005(OPGC). OPGC obtained it from St. Andrews Botanic Garden in Scotland. St. Andrews Botanic Garden has an MTA agreement which requires permission from St. Andrews to receive seed. So for Pullman(W6)to distribute seed we would have to ask St. Andrews for permission to distribute it, it was decided to not distribute seed at Pullman(W6).
