Growing on edge of road, climbing up Betula ermanu. Associated species: Acer mono, Betula platypetala Polygonum, Artemesia, Bamboo
Comment:
USDA ARS 2004 Plant Expedition in association with MAFF Fruit very green, seed very white and immature.

Narrative
This accession was collected under the auspices of a bilateral agreement between the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences, Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Foods, Japan, and the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Reseach Service, USA, prepared in May 2004.
Fruit was very young and green when collected. Seeds were white upon extraction from fruit.
