Environment description: On north side of trees growing along stream by radside mixhed in with grasses, weeds, and wild rose. Gravelly, well-drained soil but wet, 15 feet above nearby creek.

Narrative
Very small flowers, petals golden yellow with brown disc florets. Plant appeared to have been run over by mower, plant lying on ground. Pubescent stems and leaves. 6 plants found, 2 plants sampled.
