Locality: Within a ten minute walk from the Panquangou Hotel, Heng Jian Zhen, Panquangou, Jiao Cheng.

Elevation: 1743m.
Environment description: Secondary scrub growth in grazed areas. Very open with scrub re-growth above seasonally moist rocky stream valley running roughly west-southwest. <30 degree slope with a southern aspect. Moist, somewhat rocky, rich soil.
Associated species: Codonopsis pilosula, Daphne giraldii, Hippophae rhamnoides, Lonicera maackii, Ribes, Rosa, and Ulmus pumila.
Comment: Same location as NACPEC02-031 and 032. Collected from several plants.
