Locality:
Collection site near the church of Noravanq (New Church). The stie is 8km off of the main highway 20-30km SE of Yeghegnadzor. Terrain very deep canyon; collections made from bottom of canyon to 120 m up the hillside.

Environment description:
Temperature very hot (>110 F). At 10m above the streambed, terrain very rocky, steep, extremely dry. Collected from both sides of canyon.

Per collector's notes: Seeds from 6-7 plants, may have been too green, but were collected anyway
