Environment description: Western exposure on steep moist (stream fed quebrada).
Comment: Seed or plants apparently washed down from high rocky massiff. Coll. 280 has wide leaves, dark green, very vigorous. Tall pubescence. Photo by Cecropia with Tripsacum, quebrada, high massiff.
