Environment description: South side of small valley with ecotonal vegetation between Larix forest and open grassland. 10% slope with a northwestern aspect.
Comment: Forest forb community found in ecotonal zones at forest edge dominated by Stipa, Sedum, Medicago, and Filifolium. Open grasslands have some Caragana and Amygdalus shrubs.
