Locality: Collected at the west edge of Gilgit, near a water channel by the road - slopin - with terraced farms.
Coordinates: 35.8667, 74.2833 (Map it)
Elevation: 1500m.
Environment description: River valley in the mountains. Full sun exposure, 45 degree slope, northern aspect. Sandy soil, few stones, well-drained.

Notes from the collection site in Pakistan: Tree healthy - cropping well, harvest date - late May to ?, harvest duration - extended, fruit weight - 2.5cm, fruit diameter - 1.4cm, fruit length - 2.3cm, fruit shape - elongated, skin color - white, flesh color - white, fruit cracking - none, fruit bruising - slight, fruit eating quality - mediocre to poor, moderately conspicuous seeds, fleshy sepals parted and balck styles very noticeable; medium amount of seeds.
