Narrative
Type = Tetraploid. Flower = Female. Colchicine induced tetraploid of Minnesota 78. Minn 78=Beta x Witt, a blue, relatively thin skin and reasonable good quality. Minn 78 is the foundation selection used by Elmar Swenson to produce several very cold hardy, early and good quality grapes that can be grown in Minnesota, Wisconsin, in that difficult climate for grapes.
