Narrative
Received as P. vera seed sent in by Plant Explorer Walter Koelz from Bahramabad, Iran 6/29/40. Received as PI 137710 and renumbered. Original seeds were exceptionally large but only two grew. This and another renumbered seedling PI 151360. Nuts of these two seedlings are mostly large but not exceptional. PI 151360 produces the better quality nut. Both are capable of transmitting large size to nuts of their progeny.
