Locality: 5 km north of Farm No. 77, 38 km west of Zhaosu County, Xinjiang.
Coordinates: 43.0614, 80.9025 (Map it)
Elevation: 1710m.
Environment description: Disturbed road ditch with Populus spp. trees ( 3 m tall ) planted in rows 1.5 m apart. Silt loam and clay loam soil mixture with some 2-to-5-cm stones on surface. No slope.
Comment: Other Species: Agrostis gigantea, Dactylis glomerata, Phleum pratense, Artemisia macrantha, Lathyrus pratense, Medicago falcata.
