Locality: Dept. Beni, Prov. Ballivian, Carmen Florida, 7 km upriver from Rurrenabaque on right bank of the Rio Beni. Small village of acculturated Tacana and Quechua natives.
Coordinates: -14.5000, -67.5000 (Map it)
Elevation: 320m.
Environment description: Floodplain of the Rio Beni. Cultivated on playa, interplanted with yellow peanuts.
Comment: From small amount of seed (#762) brought from Napashi in Oct. 1988, subsequently increased in chaco plantation here and then planted for large production on playa.
