Environment description: Open edge of trail, upland site. With Betula nana, Ledum palustris subsp. groenlandicum, Andromeda polifolia, Geacauo Geacaulon lividum, Empetrum nigrum, Vaccinium vitis-idaea.
Comment: Collected from the wild and brought to the NCGR-Corvallis. Open pollinated fruit, from a few plants, and a clone collected.
