Narrative
Deciduous, upright, single-stemmed herbaceous plant to 120cm; leaves borne opposite and basal to the flower stalk and slightly erect; ovate in outline to 30cm long and slightly erect; leaves oak-like, deeply lobed with sharp thorn-like apex on lobes; yellow-green and silver-white below.
