Narrative
Deciduous, herbaceous plant 20 to 30 cm tall, with foliage forming a basal rosette; leaves lanceolate to lanceolate-spatulate, 12.5 to 17 cm long and 2.5 cm wide; flower stalk has two nodes, terminal and sub-terminal, which bear upright fruit with hundreds of seeds in each fruit.
