Environment description: Along roadside, about 10m from river. River valley in mountains. Soil texture- silt, fairly stony, drains well; Full sun; Slope 10deg.E.
Number of plants sampled: 3
Comment: Associated vegetation: Cassia, Tamarisk, Platanus, Salix. Large (7-8mm), Blue-black, edible berry- resembles amelanchier berries. Children were picking and eating the fruit when we stopped. Fruit ripe now.
