Locality: North on cty rd 35 for about 3.7 mi off SC 34 east of Darlington. Then right on unpaved road into the 'Great Pee Dee River Heritage Preserve' in the Great Pee Dee Swamp.

Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: Bottomland hardwood forest. Population sample of fruit from plants along the roadside. Associated w/ P. canadensis, R. flagellans, R. trivialis.
Comment: Road runs generally downslope.
