Locality: Yamabe, Furano. The Tokyo University Forest in Hokkaido.
Coordinates: 43.0000, 142.0000 (Map it)
Comment: Spreading, conical tree (JH 37) ca 8m tall. Bark dark brown, smooth, rough in places. Originally collected from either Mt Dairoku (1459m) or Mt Ashibetsu (ca 1726m). The accession is documented by herbarium vouchers.
