Environment description: In heavy understory with Enkianthus chinesis, Eleagnus bockii, bamboo, Rhododendron micranthum, Platycarya strobilaceae, Lindera sp., Pinus tabulaeformis and other plants in a river valley on a NE facing slope.
Comment: Plants almost always receive at least part day shade.
