Environment description: Grazed, hay. Slope 6-10%, aspect S. Area open. Soil sandy loam aluvium from limestone, pH 9.5-10.0. Rainfall 225 mm. seasonally dry, lower slope. Vegetation closed, seasonal tall grass. Surrounding veg. evergreen steppe scrub, agri.
