Environment description: Grazed. Slope 0-5%, aspect S. Light open. Soil loam on schist bedrock, pH 6.0. Rainfall 700 mm. Moist meadow, stream terrace. Vegetation closed, seasonal tall grass. Surrounding veg. evergreen open forest with closed lower layers.
