Environment description: Grazed. Slope 6-10%, aspect N. Open. Soil clay, pH 5-5.5. Rainfall 650 mm. Moist, basin. Vegetation closed, seasonal tall grass. Surrounding veg. dryland cereal/forage. Dominant tree Quercus suber. Dom. shrub Cistus sp. Dom. grass annuals.
Number of plants sampled: 50
Associated species: Assoc. sp. Lolium multiflorum, perennial grasses, clovers, T. campestre, T. squarrosum, Vicia sp., Lotus palustris.
