Narrative
Developed for the high oleic (over 80%) / low saturated fatty acid (under 7.0%) oil market. Produces oil higher in oleic acid content than any other known cultivar. Seeds striped hull. Maturity medium with moderate resistance to Alternaria leaf spot and moderate susceptibility to Pseudomonas bacterial blight. Plants spiny and flower color yellow. Plant height similar to other standard height varieties.
