Common roadside weed Plant height: 1.5 m, cane length 2-3 m, vigor high, medium upright growth habit, very thorny, primocane fruiting, leaves pubescent, many flowers, bearing on almost entire cane, flower color pink, fruit shape globose, fruit color black, no berry-torrus separation, harvest date est. mid-July, Harvest duration extended, soluble solids 15 degrees brix. estimated about 10% of fruit ripe.-Collection notes Maxine Thompson, 1988
