Locality: Shangr-la resort area near Termas de Chillan, follow trail marked 'Fumarola' that starts below swimming pools up dry ravine. Continue on trail to open meadow next to hot spring pool.

Comment: Collected wild by Cameron et al. and received at NGR- Corvallis Vigorous female plants in flowers; thick, reddish stolons. TDC-5A, female, with green fruit collected from south side of sulfur spring. TDC-5B, unknown sex (no flowers) was from north side of sulfur spring.
