Narrative
Perennial compact groundcover, strongly stoloniferous, producing multiple sets of plantlets. Flowers white 0.5 to 1 cm in diameter, borne on slender almost filiforme pedicels covered with minute, dense appressed hairs, strongly overlapped by leaves. Fruit small, broadly cone-shaped, obtuse 3 to 5 mm. long 5 to 10 mm in diameter. Probable hardiness to USDA zone 6. Plants offered were grown from seed collected in the wild by the 1980 Sino-American Botanical Expedition Team.
