Narrative
Swingle sp: Severinia buxifolia. Received as Atalantia bilocularis number 301. 'This accession was mis-labeled when received. It is not A. bilocularis; but apparently is a Severinia buxifolia.' --EM Nauer, 02/1987. A bilocularis is listed as an incorrect synonym for S buxifolia by Swingle (1916, 1943) and Carpenter and Reece (1969). So, Nauer was both correct and somewhat unclear. --RRK, 02/2003.
