Narrative
Abundant in mixed stands with rushes. Plants 2m tall. Flag leaf 15.5cm long, 1cm wide. Blade pubescent. Leaf sheath green. Ligule 1.25cm long, white, acute to acuminate. Collar pale green. Culms 95cn long, 14.5 per plant, .35cm diameter. Internode green. Stigma purple. Awned. Lemma and palea black. Seed coat brown. Maturity variable.
