Narrative
The seeds are dark brown, flowers dark wine red, leaves rufescent. The RRC class type is: sangorache. It is said to have medicinal use. Some plants have long branches, some have short branches. There was little disease. Observations from the Rodale Research Center, 1988 Rodale Amaranth Germplasm Catalog. Emmaus, PA.
