Narrative
Snow 60cm per annum. Minimum temperature -25C. Shrub evergreen, 61-92cm tall. Branches many, aromatic, very gregarious. Leaves bright green above rugose, rusty, tomentose beneath. Abundant, covering extensive area on bushy hillsides and on flat areas in volcanic soil.
