Narrative
From a field of Ladak seeded in 1950's. Plants erect, tap-rooted. Leaves long. Flowers purple. Pods three-curled. Severe root rot. Used for grazing and hay. (Plant Inventory Vol. No. 190) Trip objectives were to collect naturalized germplasm from stands that had survived 25 or more years in drought stressed environments. (NOTES)
