Plants abundant, escaped from 30-year old field. Traces back to a 60-year old 'Grimm' population. Cold tolerant. Nodulesamples. (Plant Inventory Vol. No. 189) The objective was to obtain naturalized germplasm from stands that had survived 25 or more years in drought stressed environments. (NOTES)
