Narrative
Rovar is noted for being completely free of trypsin inhibiters. Sited from a 1987 thesis by S. Deo, Lincoln College of the University of Canterberry in New Zealand entitled 'Chemical Composition and Nutritive Value of Mung Bean, Pigeon Peas, Urd, Lentils and Peas'.
