Type = Plum. Per Evaluation of Introduced Plum Varieties (see citation): "Fruit Characteristics: Size - Diameter 3.7cm, length 3.5cm; Shape - Roundish to round; Sking - Purple, very light bloom; Flesh - Yellow, soft; Flavor - Sugar low, acid low; Quality - Fair; Stone - Slightly cling, medium size; Yield - Medium; Season - Second week of June. Comments: Soft, dark, round, fruit of fair quality and sweetness. P. salicina type. May be the same variety as Early Jewel P.I. 133530."
