Type = Plum. Per Evaluation of Introduced Plum Varieties (see citation): "Fruit: diameter 3.0 cm, length 4.0 cm; ovate; skin purple, very heavy bloom; flesh green; sugar low, acid low; 16.3% soluble solids; poor quality; freestone; heavy yield; season third week of July. Fruit is necked, rather bright, flat, rather insipid flavor."
