Type = Plum. Per Evaluation of Introduced Plum Varieties (see citation): "Fruit: diameter 3.8 cm; roundish to round; skin purple, medium bloom; flesh yellow, medium firm; sugar low, acid medium; 16.3% soluble solids; poor quality; clingstone; medium yield; season last week of June. Fruit has no commercial value. Tree vigorous, suckers freely." Per Chico notes: "Tough skin; juicy. Tart; stringy; unattractive."
