Locality: Ongjin-gun, Daecheong-myeon: Daecheongdo (island): Southeast side of Koju-dong village. [Originally listed as Kyong Gi Province, Ongjin Gun, Taechong Island, southeast side of Koju Dong village.]
Elevation: 40m.
Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: On wooded hillside at the edge of a mixed deciduous forest. Rich, humus soil.
Comment: Small deciduous tree w/ spreading branches. Voucher tree 7 m tall, DBH 14 cm. Leaves dark green, shiny, rather small. Legumes green and brown. Seeds from many trees. Herbarium specimen # 2732.
