Narrative
Info. from Corneli Cat., No. l5, P. 97 -- Similar to Cushaw Crookneck Green Striped in type and usage, except neck is shorter. This variety is a little better for storage because it is harder. Fruit is 18" long, 8" in dia. at blossom end, weighs about 10 lbs. Find hard. Skin creamy white. Flesh is thick, solid, fine grained, of fine qlty. Orange in color.
