Pyrus sp. 'Gha'. Scions collected from cultivated tree by M. Thompson and D. Brenner on 13 November, 1988 in Pakistan (Northern Areas, Baltistan District) near town of Keris (about 40 km east of Skardu). Grown at the Department of Agriculture Nursery. Tree located in a river valley at 2370 m elevation; Latitude 35 13' N, Longitude 75 58' E. Collectors note 'Fruit is said to be small and sweet.' - Collection notebook, 1988.
