Single-trunked deciduous tree with horizontal branches ca 10 m tall, dbh ca 30 cm, spread ca 15 m. Lvs. dark green rugulose, glossy above, almost glaucous beneath. Frt. greenish-white to rose to blue-blac, some falling, 5 mm long 5.5 mm diam.
