Narrative
Northrup, King cat. (GS-7-5) info. as follows -- Fruit - 14 inches long, 10" dia., resembles Hubbard in shape and size, wt up to 15 lbs., deep salmon orange skin, somewhat rough and hard. Flesh is yellow, thick, fine grained. A very product. standard late fall variety, extensively used in the North for canning and freezing.
